The 49-year-old actor Demi Moore confirmed to split-up her marriage with Ashton Kutcher after filing divorce case, seeing as he was caught cheating multiple times since Kutcher, 33, was supposedly disloyal. Moore and Kutcher wed in September 2005 in a not so public ceremony conducted by a Rabbi of the Kabbalah Center.
The couple’s relationship became tabloid fodder in September, the same day as his wedding anniversary to Demi, following a 22-year-old woman named Sara Leal claimed she had unprotected sex with him in San Diego. Kutcher said to have splashed out over $100,000 on an eco-friendly car just few days before she announced she was filing for separation.
Demi said, “It is with great sadness and a heavy heart that I have decided to end my six-year marriage to Ashton. As a woman, a mother and a wife, there are certain values and vows that I hold sacred, and it is in this spirit that I have chosen to move forward with my life. This is a trying time for me and my family, and so I would ask for the same compassion and privacy that you would give to anyone going through a similar situation.”
Kutcher tweeted, “I will forever cherish the time I spent with Demi,” & “Marriage is one of the most difficult things in the world and unfortunately sometimes they fail.” Ashton knows he’s in the attention, and every move he makes will sooner or later spread out one way or another. While age may be nothing but a number, maturity has everything to do with your actions, and you are inevitably responsible for the outcomes of the choices that you make.
Moore and Kutcher created the DNA Foundation, also known as the Demi and Ashton Foundation, in 2010 to combat the organized sexual exploitation of girls around the globe. Kutcher’s publicist did not instantly respond to an e-mail and phone call seeking comment. The pair frequently used Twitter to communicate with each other as millions of fans followed along.
